The Grove Homes Assessment Payments Information

Statements & Payments: As of January 1, 2020, dues payments for each unit are $405.00 per month. Monthly statements are not provided unless there is a balance owing. If you are a new homeowner or would like a payment coupon booklet, one can be obtained from Management for a fee.


Due Date & Late Fee: Assessments are due on the 1st of each month and considered delinquent if not received by the 15th. The late fee is 10% of your monthly dues amount ($40.50).


Pay Online: To make payments online, please visit our website www.tridentproperty.com and click on HOA payments. The registration process is quick and easy. After you're registered, you can set up one-time or recurring withdrawals from your checking account each month. There is a $2.50 monthly fee for this service.


Online Bill Pay with YOUR Bank: You can set up payment(s) through your bank's online bill pay system. Make sure the payment is issued as follows:

Account #: Your unit number is your account number


Mail or Deliver Payment: You may also mail your check, money order, or cashiers check to Trident Property Management. The payment should be made payable to: The Grove. You MUST put the unit number that the dues payment should be applied to on the MEMO line of your check. A drop-box is available for overnight payments at Trident's office.
