Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month, at Trident Property Management, 1110 Civic Center Blvd., Ste. 102, Yuba City. As of July 2026 the Executive meeting will start at 5:00pm and the General Meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. Meetings are for members of the association only. All members are welcome and an open forum is provided at the beginning of the session for member comments.
