General notices, such as upcoming meetings, agendas, or upcoming maintenance projects, are posted at the on-site bulletin board between the mailboxes and the pool.

 

 

Meetings:
Meetings are typically held on the first Tuesday of every month, at Trident Property Management, 1110 Civic Center Blvd., Ste. 102, Yuba City. Regular Meetings typically begin at 5:15 p.m. Meetings are for members of the association only. All members are welcome and an open forum is provided at the beginning of the session for member comments.

Please note you may be billed for services rendered for homeowner-responsibility components (i.e. the source of a leak is found to be from your sink).
